How do I reactivate an old cell phone?
My sister is getting tired of her fairly new cell phone. It’s a Samsung Sway. It’s a nice phone, however, it never takes a charge. My sister’s gone through three batteries, two replacement phones, and four chargers, and the problems are still occurring. She has decided to switch back to her old phone, which is an Envy. How do we reactivate her old phone to her phone number? We have Verizon by the way. Thanks.

well you are not in luck , how you do it is to take out the sim card ( its located in the area of the battery, when you remove the battery you will be able to see it better) Of phone A, and then place it in phone B and there you go
the reason why i said your not in luck is that verizon and T-Mobile blocks you for doing that, what you can do depending how long you purchased the phone is to exchange it, and if you have a pda type of phone you probably have to go to the task manager and close the programs that way
